On February 29, 2012, Rev. Luis Felipe Navarro, was named Deputy Commissioner of the Special Com- mission for the treatment of cases of dispensation from the obligations arising from ordination to the diaconate or priesthood.

On June 18, 2012, the Vatican Secretary of State, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, SDB, has appointed Rev. Miguel Ángel Ortiz Ibarz and Rev. Hector Franceschi as consultors for the Office of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota for dispensations from marriage ratified and not consummated and for causes of nullity of Holy Orders.
